Our expo will be at the
Midland County Horseshoe Pavilion in Midland, Texas, Sunday, January 12th, 2020 from 1pm-4pm.
We are looking to have over 1000 guests through the doors on Sunday.
Please note that all correspondence for the expo will be via email, please check there.
Each booth will be provided with an 8ft table & two chairs. Vendors are required to have a gift valued at $75.00 or more as well as a sign & bowl for the brides to put their tickets in.
After the expo, you will receive an email list of all the brides that came on that day as well as their contact & wedding information. This is such a great tool for you to market to more couples.
This list can not be shared with anyone outside of the vendors at the expo. Failure to comply will result in you no longer being allowed to participate.
Set up for the expo will be Saturday, January the 11th from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
You will not be allowed to set up Sunday the 12th of January other than fresh flowers or food & beverage, starting at 9:00 am.
If you are not a catering, cake, or bartending company you cannot have any type of food or beverage in your booth.
